Obtained the required transaction approvals, including unanimous City Council approval for both phases, and completed both acquisitions in approximately 60 days.

5 GP INTEREST TRANSFERS • 3 PARTNERSHIP ACQUISITIONS Bend, Oregon Portfolio

Closed a 331-home portfolio through five GP interest transfers and three full partnership interest acquisitions. The transaction required multiple LP and lender consents, coordination of existing senior debt, and layers of subordinate public financing.
